Shades of Grey

A key feature of AgendaScope is our radar view. It shows the various opportunities and risks that a team is considering in a graphical format. It was also based on red=risk and green=opportunitity. Makes sense, right?

Unfortunately, if you suffer from Protanopia, or 'red blindess', those red & green bubbles look like two barely distinguishable shades of grey. Helpfully on a grey background!

We found this out when one of our customers mentioned that the radar was totally incomprehensible. Light dawned!

Today we deployed an option to make our radar that looks like this. If you have regular trichromatic vision it is, perhaps, a tad garish but if you're red-blind it's now legible. This from a customer:

That’s really visible now! Love the fact people will have the option in settings.
