Auxeris is a SaaS-powered recruitment network launched in 2022 that uses AI to match independent recruiters with ideal clients. The company was funded and scaling rapidly with a team of 7 when they adopted AgendaScope in autumn 2024.
Why did you want to use AgendaScope?
I believed the problem AgendaScope addresses, effective team alignment, was very real. I had already sensed the change required in me, as CEO, in going from being a solo founder to having a small team, to align a group with their own perspectives and judgements.
Who uses it in Auxeris?
My entire team of 7. We have a flat structure; everyone has some level of managerial responsibility in our business in this stage of our growth. Before AgendaScope I had no way of easily showing everyone the relativity between those responsibilities, to get buy in for the decisions we need to make to power our overall mission.
How are you using it?
AgendaScope powers our monthly team meetings and, as individuals, we use it on a weekly basis in preparation for that.I threw my team into it without explanation, told them to figure it out. I wanted to see if they “got it” and they did. It was important to me that this wouldn’t need a lot of hand-holding to be adopted.As CEO, I now have the “radar view” (a reliable big picture view of issues that require decisions), and datapoints as to where misunderstanding might occur. Crucially, I can also see when that misunderstanding is one outlier person, or whether it’s endemic to the whole team.
What have the outcomes been?
Our monthly team meetings have been reduced from 2 hours to 1 hour. And In the first 60 days of usage we’ve had a noticeable uplift in client acquisition, specifically:
11 new clients that I, as CEO, have not had to be involved in acquiring. We can attribute the team's ability to achieve that to the clarity they now have from AgendaScope.
We can all sense we’re triggering much-improved team conversations. We get to the nub of things faster, with less debate and less over-justification. Less fluff! That’s a huge value-add.One benefit I hadn’t anticipated is that, by each of us framing the issues we put into AgendaScope in our own terms, we rapidly tease out when we’re using language that is ambiguous and a blocker to others’ understanding. This kind of misunderstanding is not something people would normally express, but AgendaScope allows people to do so, in a non-judgemental way, and brings the team into alignment much faster.
